The item sale process:
If an item is sold; the seller, customer, and Ekaweeka Sales Department will each get a custom email notification.
The customer receives a receipt as well as contact info for the seller.
The seller gets a notice of the sale and request to ship the item to their buyer.
Ekaweeka's Sales Department will track the sold item to insure each party does their part to complete the transaction.
Sales Settlement:
Once shipment and arrival are confirmed with seller and buyer, Ekaweeka will confirm what form of payment the seller would like (currently we offer Paypal, Google, Western Union, and Check, ) for the sales total.
The net total Ekaweeka sends to the seller is deducted by Paypal, if by Google Checkout there is no fee for service charge.
Our payment policy is relatively new and will be developed accordingly to the needs of Ekaweeka's item buyers and sellers.
Currently though we do not charge any fee when you sell an item.
Privacy:
Ekaweeka does not keep records of Paypal and/or Google Checkout information and does not share credit card information with item sellers.
